If I had published this book I would have made a rather bigger noise on the front cover about the author. I ordered it into stock after reading a rave review, then sort of forgot about it. I noted that it kept going out of stock (ie. customers more savvy than me recognised the name and snippily chortled off out the door clutching their new read). Curious - I took a copy home. What joy! David Nobbs, you hero. Oh go on, google him...
